A Full remodel and refurbishment of a semi detached Victorian Villa on a irregular triangular shaped plot.
A rear and side extension at ground floor along with a loft conversion was added to enhance the size, creating a 5 bed 3 bathroom family home.
The ground floor extension feels distinct due to it being an end of terrace allowing a curtain window of glazing, creating generous internal volume. Solid oak joinery and structural elements were used throughout.
